U.S. charges Jamaican with bomb parts in luggage
ORLANDO, Florida (Reuters) - The FBI arrested a Jamaican man on Tuesday on charges he tried to board a plane at Orlando International Airport with pipe bomb components and instructions in his checked luggage.
