Mardi Gras revelers party in scarred New Orleans
NEW ORLEANS (Reuters) - Colorful parades rolled through New Orleans on Tuesday as thousands of revelers turned out to celebrate Mardi Gras in the city still scarred by Hurricane Katrina.
